食品の安全・品質管理

Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility.

Health supplements—especially those in tablet or capsule form—often undergo processes such as concentration and blending during manufacturing.
These steps may result in slight variations in the levels of certain nutrients or components in the final product, and although rare, there is still a low possibility of contamination by foreign matter.
To help prevent such issues, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards have been established.
Globally, both mandatory regulations and voluntary adoption of GMP are increasingly promoted to support product quality and consumer safety.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requires that detailed rules, standards, and written procedures be established for all aspects of factory operations—including the design and use of structures and equipment, maintenance, inspections, sanitation, production management, and product quality control.
Each process must be checked against these procedures, and records must be kept at every step.
At Shinsei Healthcare, all of our dietary supplements are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities to ensure quality and give our customers peace of mind.

Health Supplement GMP" stands for Good Manufacturing Practice, known in Japanese as "適正製造規範 (Tekisei Seizō Kihan)."
It outlines standards for managing the manufacturing process from three key perspectives to ensure the safety and quality of health supplements.

The Three Core Principles of GMP

We work to prevent human errors during the manufacturing process.
We strive to prevent contamination and deterioration of product quality.
We aim to ensure consistent quality across individual products.
